If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to refund, replace, or exchange (minus s&h) any item returned in original, undamaged condition within 20 days of its purchase. Handmade wedding bands and custom made items are non-returnable.

Return Merchandise via Insured Shipment:

Please send the package via insured USPS Registered/Priority Mail Service to protect yourself in the unlikely event that the package is damaged or lost in transit. The returned item must be new, unused, undamaged, and must be shipped complete with all of its original packaging and enclosed materials. Returns with missing original packing materials are subject to a service charge.
